Product Description
The test bench is used for the commissioning, maintenance and testing of injectors for Cummins N, K, L10 and M11 series engines.
Main Features
1. Digital display of fuel spray volume, intuitive and accurate reading, minimum resolution 0.1ml (CC).
2. Automatic indexing mechanism and following system. The automatic indexing mechanism ensures that the cam is at the high point when the injector is first clamped, avoiding the serious defect of finding the high point of the cam by hand. And preventing the cam from being at a non-high point position and bending, breaking or even damaging the push rod when the injector is clamped for flow detection. The following mechanism replenishes fuel at each cycle dynamic gap to ensure its dynamic position remains unchanged, ensuring the repeatability and high accuracy of flow detection.
3. The fuel supply handle is smartly designed so that it can detect and adjust the size of the fuel injection online without removing the injector from the test bench, which is time-saving, fast and convenient.
4, Injector injection back pressure simulation device, can simulate the engine cylinder injection working conditions to make this equipment detection close to engine actual working conditions.
5. The test fuel temperature is automatically controlled by microcomputer to make it meet the test requirements.
